TEA at Cal Poly Pomona formed a team of students who designed an escape room for the campus Halloween event "Fright Fest". I co-led the development of this figure with my friend Riku Kear.
The skeleton "Jim" gave exposition to guests to guide them toward the puzzles to solve.
How

The skeleton was outfitted with 3 servo motors to control the neck motion and jaw motion of the figure.
2 red LED's were installed into the eyes of the skeleton.
Controlled with an Arduino Uno.

Result
In a 3 week window we were able to deliver the figure on time for the sold out event.
The figure worked perfectly and consistently for the entire run of the escape room.
