Designed in Fusion 360, wired with an Arduino utilizing servo motors to achieve movement. Applied Blender animation to simulate and animate life-like movements in real time. Performed over the span of two weeks to over 150 guests at Cal Poly Pomona Bronco Fright Fest as well as for guests at Dark Harvest at Lopez Urban Farm.
Co-led the design manufacturing, wiring, and Arduino programming of the skeleton animatronic for the Tyrant's Curse escape room held during Fright Fest 2024 at Cal Poly Pomona. Parts were designed in SolidWorks.
Advanced Design Project
An individual student project fully chosen and designed by the student. I chose to create an arm that extended through a pulley system. Designed in Fusion 360. Applies a high speed motor chosen with statics and physics calculations.
Designed in Fusion 360 and fully 3D printed. It was modeled after Garner Holt Productions' Murphy the Dragon animatronic. Functions with 4 servo motors allowing for a wide range of motion.
Designed an accumulator that was designed with the right material to withstand a certain pressure for my Graphics and Visualizations class. Used SolidWorks to CAD the accumulator.
